Pastoral Council

The Pastoral Council advises Father and works with him to develop the overall goals and priorities of the parish. It also seeks to help maintain healthy communication within the parish. Members are appointed by the pastor and typically serve for a three-year term. 

Finance Council

The Finance Council oversees the parish budget and advises Father in financial aspects of parish management. We are always looking for people with accounting experience and good common sense! 

Building Committee

The Building Committee is charged with addressing the maintenance and oversight of the physical properties of the Parish. Meets monthly on the second Wednesday evening for planning. 

Landscaping Ministry

Our grounds are maintained entirely by volunteers. Different families or groups of volunteers rotate on different weekends to mow the grass, blow leaves, etc. All equipment and training is provided by the parish. 

Collection Counters

The Collection Counters Ministry involves the counting and depositing of collection money from the weekend Masses. It usually takes 60 to 90 minutes to complete the count. Credit checks and background screenings are required. 

Hospitality

The Hospitality Ministry provides the refreshments after the 10:30 Mass each Sunday, as well as for occasional special events. It is a great way to meet people after the Mass in a lively and friendly setting. 

Kitchen Committee

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Parish Life Center’s Kitchen, including the inventory of all kitchen items and their storage.

Office Assistants

Office Assistants promote a spirit-filled environment for parishioners, visitors and vendors. Assistants answer phones, greet visitors, prepare mailings and perform a variety of helpful tasks for the office staff. Assistants are scheduled during regular office hours, or may act as substitutes for regular Assistants on an as-needed basis. They may be called upon to help on special projects occasionally. Training is provided.
