Parish Registration

Registering is important because it tells us that you consider Transfiguration as your parish, and it allows us to contact you and better serve you.

We are in the process of creating an online fillable form, but for now, please click here to access our current registration form that you can print, fill in, and mail or drop by the church office. Or if you prefer, you can take a Welcome Folder in our church gathering space, which includes a registration form and you can place your completed form in our offertory box during any Mass.
